Returns Policy

Special Orders

All special order items are final sale and non-refundable.
These items are ordered specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, you may return it within 7 Days of Delivery for replacement or refund.

To qualify:

  • The damage or defect must be reported within 3 days of delivery

  • Photos of the issue and packaging may be required

  • The item must be returned in the condition received

Mayhem Powersports will assist with return instructions once the issue is verified.

Unused Returns (Change of Mind)

Unused, uninstalled items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, minus up to 25% restocking fee.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and uninstalled

  • Must be in original packaging

  • Must be in resalable condition

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer and are subject to their individual warranty policies.

Mayhem Powersports will gladly provide:

  • Manufacturer contact information

  • Proof of purchase

  • Assistance initiating a warranty claim

Final approval, repair, replacement, or refund is determined by the manufacturer.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Special order items

  • Used, installed, or modified items

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

  • Electrical components once opened

  • Clearance or closeout items

Shipping

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on estimated product weight, size, and destination at checkout.

Some oversized, heavy, or freight items may require additional shipping charges after checkout. If this applies, you will be contacted for approval before your order ships.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States.

We do not ship to:

  • U.S. Territories

  • International addresses

  • PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Alaska and Hawaii may be subject to higher shipping fees.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days.

Special order or drop-shipped items ship according to manufacturer availability and may take longer.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages and from multiple warehouses at no extra cost to you.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
Mayhem Powersports is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Mayhem Powersports is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages left unattended

  • Carrier delivery errors

We recommend shipping to a secure location or requesting signature confirmation when available.

Freight & Oversized Items

Large or heavy items (bumpers, cages, wheels & tires, suspension kits, etc.) may ship via LTL freight.

Freight deliveries:

  • Are curbside only

  • Require an adult present

  • Must be inspected upon delivery

Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.
